My radio career started under a very strange set of circumstances. I found myself hanging around outside a community radio station in Fort William and they asked me if I fancied having a go. It was either that or sheer sheep for a living so I decided to give this a go.
Today, I’m the producer of Beck at Breakfast and sometimes you hear my rather broad Scottish accent. Make sure you're listening to us every weekday morning from Six on Century Radio.

I’m from Scotland chief, its always winter where I’m from so we are immune to the cold.

Being told I have to put on an English accent again.

I have often be compared to Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Johnny Depp. Mind you, that was by Stevie Wonder.
