Help cyclone-hit Burma
We're all being urged to do our bit to help victims in Burma. Children and families urgently need your help after their homes were destroyed by Cyclone Nargis.
Save the Children are taking part in a global emergency appeal to raise five million pounds, for families in the country.
More than twenty-two thousand people have been killed, and the figure's likely to rise.
Nearly a million are homeless.
To donate to help children and their families in Myanmar, please call Save the Children on 0207 012 6400 or make a donation online.
Your donation will help provide food, water purification tablets, plastic sheeting, kitchen equipment and rehydration salts to families whose homes have been destroyed.
Cyclone Nargis hit the South West corner of Myanmar in the early hours of Saturday 3rd May with winds of up to 120 mph causing mass destruction. The storm travelled North Eastwards up the Irrawaddy Delta, eventually tracking into North West Thailand.
